These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website https://destinymatrixsystem.com, owned by the registered brand ASTROFALA, held by the Sole Proprietor (ENI) with Portuguese Tax Identification Number 237685671, hereinafter referred to as "Astrofala".
By accessing and using this website, the user expressly and unreservedly agrees to these Terms. If you do not agree with any clause, you must refrain from using the website and its services.
This website is intended for users aged 18 and over. By continuing, the user declares to be of legal age to contract in Portugal and fully capable of being responsible for their actions.

CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA – DATE OF BIRTH
If the date of birth entered in the user profile is incorrect, it may be corrected prior to the purchase of any paid product. Once a purchase is made, changes to the date of birth will not be possible. In such cases, the user must create a new account and make a new purchase to generate a map using the correct data.
SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Astrofala reserves the right to suspend or terminate, at any time and without prior notice, access to the website and its services for technical, legal, or Terms violation reasons. This action does not entitle the user to any compensation or indemnification.
ACCESS SECURITY
To enhance security, the website uses the Cloudflare Turnstile system, designed to prevent malicious automated access. Use of this system is subject to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
